How does the Pay Later option work?

When choosing the Pay Later option you will be required to enter a valid credit card, which will be vaulted in Stripe, but you will not be charged until after the walk. Square space does not automatically bill clients so you will not be charged until Best Dogs Seattle has completed services for the week. Billing will happen weekly or every 2 weeks.

Are there other ways to pay?

Yes! Best Dogs Seattle accepts PayPal, Venmo and credit cards through Stripe.

With Stripe, you can pay directly on the scheduling page when booking a walk. Stripe can also be used to vault a credit card so any amount owed can be collected after services rendered (this is the Pay Later option), and will be billed at the end of each week or every 2 weeks.

If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be directed to Paypal.com to complete the payment and then redirected back to the booking confirmation page. The Pay Later option is not available when paying with PayPal.

To pay via Venmo you will be sent a link at the end of the week with amount due.

Cash payment can also be arranged.

Tips for Scheduling Recurring Walks

  • Choose the Everyday Group Subscription option. You will need to enter a credit card number but will not be charged at that time. Billing will start 2 weeks after that and will occur on a 2-week basis indefinitely. This subscription can be canceled at any time.

  • Once you have entered your information you will be taken to a confirmation page with a certificate code and a link to the scheduling calendar.

  • When you select a day for a walk you will be shown a drop-down menu. Select “Add a Time” to add a specific day OR select “Recurring” to schedule in advance up to a year.

  • To schedule Monday - Friday walks select Daily from the repeat drop-down menu and choose the number of days you want from the Times to Repeat menu.

  • After selecting the days want you will be shown all of the appointments you have booked in a list like this. You can go back at any time to adjust this or cancel these appointments at any time.

  • Scheduling One Walk and Paying Later

    When scheduling one walk ad hoc you have several payment options, including the option to pay later. After choosing the day you’d like you will need to fill out the form. There is an option to pay now with a credit card, or PayPal. If you choose to pay later your appointment will be made and you will get billed at the end of the week.
